ITEM 567 When diesel fuel reaches an average of $1.15, a fuel surcharge will go into effect. This increase will apply on total line haul charges as shown on the freight bill, and will be increased or decreased according to the schedule outlined below. The effective date of this fuel surcharge is December 1, 2003. |
